Medication, EpiPen, and Inhaler Policy

For the safety of all campers, any medications, inhalers, or EpiPens must be disclosed during registration. Parents/guardians must provide written instructions for the administration of any medication their child may require during camp hours.

All prescription medications must be provided in the original labeled container with the child’s name, medication name, dosage, and prescribing physician clearly indicated. Camp staff will only administer medication according to the written instructions provided by the parent or guardian.

Campers who carry an inhaler or EpiPen must have prior written authorization from a parent or guardian. Camp staff will make reasonable efforts to assist a camper in accessing or administering their inhaler or EpiPen in the event of an emergency; however, Victory Kid Sports staff are not medical professionals.

In the event of a medical emergency, camp staff may administer an EpiPen or assist with the use of an inhaler as directed and will immediately contact emergency medical services and the parent or guardian.

By enrolling in camp, parents/guardians acknowledge that Victory Kid Sports and its staff are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or medications. Parents/guardians agree to provide all necessary medical information and supplies required for their child’s care.

Behavior Expectations Victory Kid Sports strives to create a safe and positive environment for all campers. Campers are expected to treat staff and fellow campers with respect and follow camp rules.

I give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities and on-site field trips. I authorize Victory Kid Sports staff to administer basic first aid if necessary. In the event of an emergency, I authorize camp staff to seek medical treatment for my child. I understand camp activities include physical play and outdoor activities. I give permission for my child to appear in photos or videos used for Victory Kid Sports marketing or social media.

Summer Camp Week Selections

Victory Kid Sports Summer Camp is designed as a 9-week summer experience where campers build friendships, develop new skills, and enjoy exciting themed activities each week.

Most campers attend 6–9 weeks of camp to experience the full program, build lasting friendships, and participate in the many special events and activities planned throughout the summer.

While families may select individual weeks, we encourage campers to attend multiple weeks to fully enjoy the Victory Kid Sports Summer Camp experience.

Junior Coach & CIT Program Commitment

The Junior Coach and Coach in Training (CIT) programs are leadership opportunities for older campers who enjoy helping younger children and developing responsibility and leadership skills.

Because these roles involve training and additional responsibilities, participants must be committed to attending camp for most of the summer and supporting camp staff throughout the program.

• Junior Coaches must enroll for a minimum of 8 weeks of camp.
• CIT participants must enroll for the full 9-week summer program.

All Junior Coach and CIT participants will complete a short interview with camp leadership and attend a leadership orientation prior to the start of camp to review expectations and responsibilities.

Victory Kid Sports reserves the right to remove a participant from the Junior Coach or CIT role if expectations for leadership, behavior, or participation are not met. In such cases, the camper may be reassigned to the standard camper program.

If I have registered my child for the Junior Coach or Coach in Training (CIT) program, I acknowledge that I have reviewed the expectations and responsibilities associated with these leadership roles. I understand that participants are expected to demonstrate appropriate leadership, behavior, and participation throughout the program. If these expectations are not met, Victory Kid Sports reserves the right to remove the participant from the Junior Coach or CIT role and reassign them to the standard camper program.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Junior Coach / CIT program expectations and agree that my child may be reassigned to the standard camper program if leadership, behavior, or participation expectations are not met.

Payment Policy Acknowledgment

Payment Policy

I understand the registration fee is $50 and non-refundable. I understand that weekly camp tuition will be paid in advance each week that my child attends.. I understand that missed days of camp are not refundable.

Full 9 Week Summer Payment Policy

Families who enroll for the full 9-week summer program may take advantage of the Early Bird full-summer rate of $1,620, a discounted price for committing to the entire camp season. To keep camp tuition affordable for all families, full-summer Early Bird payments must be made by check, Zelle, or ACH transfer. Credit card payments are not accepted for the Early Bird full-summer rate. Payment must be received in order to secure your child’s spot in the full-summer program.

I understand that the $1,800 Early Bird full-summer tuition must be paid by check, Zelle, or ACH to receive the discounted rate.

Billing Authorization and Registration Fee (Card on File)

Payment Method Authorization To simplify weekly billing and secure your camper’s spot, a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file. Camp tuition for selected weeks will be charged to the card on file according to the weeks selected during registration unless other payment arrangements are made.

I authorize Victory Kid Sports to charge the credit/debit card on file for camp tuition and any applicable fees related to my child’s enrollment.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Victory Kid Sports Summer Camp includes physical activities such as sports, games, inflatables, obstacle courses, and other recreational activities. These activities involve inherent risks including falls, collisions, and other potential injuries.

I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with camp participation.

Hold Harmless Agreement

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Victory Kid Sports, Victory Academy, its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from my child’s participation in camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
